Not only because yoga is my passion and I do see the benefits every time I practice, but also because it’s scientifically proven that practicing mindfulness and yoga may help improve your general wellness in a safe way.
Simply because, I believe I could help you feel more connected to yourself, be more mindful, kind, and compassionate to yourself and that makes all the difference in the way you would live your day-to-day life.
According to thegoodbody.com* “An estimate suggests there are 300 million yoga practitioners worldwide.” Maybe for you too, it’s time to give it a try.
Our lives are getting busier and fuller with many missions to accomplish that do not serve our well-being. We need “me time”, listening to our silence and discovering what is happening for us, and not to us.
This blog is to share what I learn from different teachers and from my own experience, to share what I love, and to serve you, by guiding you in my authentic way. It would be such a pleasure for me to be a part of your practice, to be there for you while you are taking steps to feel better, to live your own life compassionately, mindfully and enjoy every moment of it.
When you practice yoga – on and off the mat – you start sensing that connection of oneness… Reestablishing that correlation to your breath, your mind to your physical body is making a huge impact on your everyday life. You start seeing everything from a different perspective. Feeling that sense of grace, lightness, and kindness brings you joy, and you simply want to share this wisdom with everyone, wishing that yoga will serve them too.
Let’s enjoy this moment,
Ipek
